Reliance Surfaces supports the safety of the workers and the families of workers who cut, drill, mill, grind, blast or otherwise fabricate Reliance products including natural stone and engineered stone. Cutting, drilling, milling, grinding, blasting or other fabrication of natural and/or engineered stone creates silica dust particles. State and federal agencies have identified silica dust particles as a hazard to the health of workers who fabricate natural and engineered stone products.The sale of engineered stone products has been prohibited in Australia.
